Pros
As I mentioned in the title, there is a great work/life balance-which makes up for sub-par pay. Benefits here are excellent. There is paternity leave as well (up to three months). If you work in the corporate office you can work from home.
Cons
There isn't a standard path to getting promotions. You have to leave one department and then go to another in order to be promoted. Lack of training courses for business (i.e. Visio and Access). Compensation has a lot left to be desired. Standard 2% "merit" raise is essentially an inflationary raise.
