Pros
The mission of the company, patient care, is not beaten into the staff's heads. Management and staff are all dedicated to supporting the mission, however minor or removed from patient care we may be. Healthcare benefits are excellent and cost-frienndly, and are not contingent on using the company's hospitals or providers.
Cons
IS management culture is all over the place. Some very focused, others appear to fly by the seat of their pants.
