Management teams have absolutely no real management experience and they are just winging it. The “diversity” they claim to be so proud of is all for show. The insurance that is supplied by them for staff must be used at MGH to avoid crazy copays and bills after visits, which is both invasive and unprofessional and a scam. They will overwork you, deny your time off requests and make you feel ashamed if you try to take time off. The hospital is disgusting and dirty with a lot of the practice offices seeming as though they have not been updated since the 60’s with tears in the chairs. A lot of “leadership” and I use the term loosely use bully tactics to make employees feel unwelcome. HR is nonexistent and the pay is abysmal. Avoid this poorly ran hospital at all costs. It’s not worth the workplace trauma you experience and the state of anxiety it will keep you in.
