Good benefits Company with a mission Hard work is rewarded; they work to keep good talent Moving to a brand new building in the next few years A lot of upper management does care about their staff
Cons
A lot of locations leads to siloed departments, nobody knows what's going on with the rest of the company, but they're trying to fix that (slowly) Some bad managers that the hiring/firing policies make it difficult to get rid of No real company culture
