Benefits are good. Vacation time increases with years worked.
Cons
Pay increase of max 2%, workload increases but pay does not, understaffed, holiday bonuses are rare the last 5 years. Supervisory and management positions are not paid enough to be worth the stress and responsibility. Burn out and a lot of turnover in those positions.
