At least they stopped using "Us" and "Them" - Corporate Manager Mass General Brigham Employee Review

Where do I start - Millions in rebranding and new corporate headquarters while having employee buyouts, pending layoffs, and reducing nurse pay at Mass General Hospital. Bonuses paid to managers is not consistent with their financials and employee downsizing. Managers are unqualified and flat-out lie to their employees. They don't even follow their annual review policies to have a discussion with employees for their bettrement. HR is aware and ineffective. Known diversity issues are swept under the rug up to the VP level as being "too big" of an issue to be addressed.
