Pros

Average pay, flexible schedule, great PTO, strong and helpful team of techs.

Cons

Pay could be better. Radiology department is strong with a low turnover rate, but with some major restructuring in 2025, we've unfortunately lost a lot of great supervisors/directors/managers and nurses due to layoffs and pay.

The staff was incredibly supportive, and you can tell that they really care about their work. The workplace environment is very collaborative.

Cons

The job can be very sedentary, but there are also days where you also need to travel to multiple locations.
