Pros

*The team and the people I worked with and interacted with on a daily basis were what made the job. Kind, hardworking people, who cared about the communities and hospitals they were supporting. *Remote work opportunity with basic hardware provided. *Healthcare provided was solid. *Some glimmers of hope for using new technologies and software.

Cons

Sorry to say, this will be a long list: *Pay was substandard and below industry averages *PTO was both vacation and sick leave. Very few holidays. *MGB is still struggling with the rebrand. Silos are rampant. Communication between internal and external marketing teams was opaque (as was top-down communication from leadership). *Email is still heavily used and bogs all teams down. *Not enough in-person gatherings for a scattered remote team to get to know one another. (Once a year is what is in the budget to be covered/paid for). *They are going through phase after phase of layoffs. If you are unlucky enough to be a part of this process, the process to get basic paperwork and information afterwards with HR is egregiously disorganized. Expect weeks and weeks of circular phone calls and emails. *Due to ongoing financial instability, morale is very very low. People are overworked and underpaid. It's unfortunate on so many levels. I feel for those still there.

Pros

The staff was incredibly supportive, and you can tell that they really care about their work. The workplace environment is very collaborative.

Cons

The job can be very sedentary, but there are also days where you also need to travel to multiple locations.
