Pros
Work is rewarding and you get a lot of exposure to various aspects of the health system. The coworkers I work with are fantastic to work with and make the work a lot better.
Cons
The pay could be better and it would be great to get more than a 2.5% merit increase each year, with the opportunity for a small performance boost. They've been saying for a year now there is going to be a new career framework but haven't seen anything concrete and I've been told there's no career progression in my current role.
