I am Senior EMR Implementation specialist with over 10+ years with a full Certification in an existing EMR. I have applied to so many of the open postings and due to the grossly understaffing with the HR recruiters it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an interview with any of the Partners HR staff.. Your only hope is that you get a respose from Ranstad which will only if you are lucky will secure you a contract position. I am sorely disappointed in the Partners hiring process so I wish all of the Senior EMR candidates the best of luck going forward...
