Pros
My managers and coworkers were amazing people! They all were incredibly bright and cared about their research. Great experience all around though!
Cons
Below market rate pay (at least 20% lower, if not more), especially for how rent is going up in Boston. Pretty much no vertical movement as going up any higher than team lead (next step after data coordinator II) is management, which usually are external hires rather than internal promotions.
