Pros
There are a lot of kind, helpful, intelligent, and hard working people across the company. Unfortunately, none of those folks are part of the executive leadership team, and simply prisoners of that groups incompetent process.
Cons
The CEO who openly stated in a town hall that he’s “not a culture person”. The CTO, who has their handler advise people that direct eye contact makes them uncomfortable and should be avoided - never mind that he has zero concept of how the industry actually operates. A COO who has literally done nothing but make under qualified nepotism hires and empowered “yes” people because his fragile ego can’t handle differing opinions. Pair that with the toxic culture of fear that’s been created over the last few years, incompetent decision making that results in hemorrhaging of money/talent, and CYOA reports at the drop of a hat, and you have an opportunity to set your professional trajectory back 5-10 years.
