      Pros

      The people at MGH are what make it a great place to work. Everyone is very respectful and open minded.

      Cons

      There is descent room for professional growth, although there is definately a ceiling for Adminsitrative Assistants. However, the experience will last a lifetime.

      Prestigious career opportunities and a supportive environment with strong teamwork. Excellent work environment and the people there are amazing.

      Cons

      Low pay relative to Boston living costs.

      Pretty decent health, dental and vision insurance.

      Cons

      Salaries on the lower end. They recently increased tuition reimbursement but it's still low.
