      for entry level position is a very good choice. But for senior researcher, I think the pay is a little bit lower.

      Good benefits and great team/department locally, work felt meaningful and fulfilling to contribute to larger mission

      Cons

      In the pre-clinical research side, the switch to Workday and subsequent restructuring of roles across MGB made the career ladder stifling and reduced advancement and pay increase opportunities
