      Good benifits, time off, great people to work with, knowledgeable line officers. Excellant training.

      Cons

      Extremely politicaly charged enviroment. Management is entrenched, Promotioins based on favoritism, nepotisim. Management more concerned with image then safety. Policy procedure is based on the daily prevailing wind.

      Lower than average retirement matching. For some jobs the hours are not flexible.

      Good benefits and great team/department locally, work felt meaningful and fulfilling to contribute to larger mission

      Cons

      In the pre-clinical research side, the switch to Workday and subsequent restructuring of roles across MGB made the career ladder stifling and reduced advancement and pay increase opportunities
