      Excellent place to train. There were some very committed people there who genuinely were interested in patient care.

      It seemed like administration was trying to squeeze every last dollar out of every interaction.

      Good benefits and great team/department locally, work felt meaningful and fulfilling to contribute to larger mission

      Cons

      In the pre-clinical research side, the switch to Workday and subsequent restructuring of roles across MGB made the career ladder stifling and reduced advancement and pay increase opportunities
