Pros
A great place to learn and challenge yourself. Healthcare staff whom abide by their mission and work well as a team while collaborating to provide the very best patient centered care. Still offers a pension to all staff. Great healthcare coverage, although it gets pricer each year.
Cons
MDs and RNs have very different benefits than other allied health professionals. MGH pays lower than all other hospitals in the city, because it's an honor to work in its hallowed halls, but you can't eat prestige. Progress is slow. Still run by the elite white old boys club.
