Dead-end low paying jobs with no opportunity for career advancement because there is no career to be made (unless you are the son, daughter, etc of a doctor, President, CEO, etc). Doctors are your bosses, they are also the Presidents, Board of Directors, CEOs. There is also no standarization accross different departments, which creates a lot of confusion. There is always someone to blame and managers love to place that blame on someone anyone whenever possible instead of fixing the problem.
