      Great location and a good name on your resume.

      Cons

      Since I have been working here as a technician, my life has been asbsorbed. I am working from 8 to 12 hours a day and about 50 hours a week when in was hired to work no more than 40 hours a week. Not getting paid for those extra hours and loosing my social life.

      Great research opportunities Access to various collaborators (depending on PI) Affiliations & access to instruments at different sites Much of the job is entirely dependent on what lab you end up working in
