      Pros

      Yes. You get to work with a FEW brilliant people who are legit amazing.

      Cons

      Low pay. Outdated systems. Toxic environment. Hostile managers whose conduct is tolerated for reasons I can't explain. KSS system doesn't work for remote employees. Managers could learn communication for MD's.

      Lower than average retirement matching. For some jobs the hours are not flexible.

      Good benefits and great team/department locally, work felt meaningful and fulfilling to contribute to larger mission

      Cons

      In the pre-clinical research side, the switch to Workday and subsequent restructuring of roles across MGB made the career ladder stifling and reduced advancement and pay increase opportunities
