      Pros

      Very friendly Hospital staff (i.e. environmental services, mail delivery). It becomes a highlight of your day when you can interact with people who actually have a soul.

      Cons

      Poor management. Long hours. Employees not appreciated and not made to feel they are a part of team. Upstairs downstairs relationship with management - HUGE disconnect.

      Prestigious career opportunities and a supportive environment with strong teamwork. Excellent work environment and the people there are amazing.

      Cons

      Low pay relative to Boston living costs.

      Pretty decent health, dental and vision insurance.

      Cons

      Salaries on the lower end. They recently increased tuition reimbursement but it's still low.
