Exceptionally bright co-workers, who make MGH the world-class hospital that it's marketing touts - 4 stars given for the healthcare workers and frontline staff, not for MGB leadership (MGH leadership has zero power and are forced to act as puppets for MGB)
Cons
Top-heavy MGB structure makes it difficult for positive change and improvements that are truly beneficial for patients and staff. Pay structures and discrepancies vary largely, with MGH paying lower than sister hospital BWH, while some community MGB hospitals make the same/more... makes zero sense
