      Pros

      MGH is one of the top three hospitals in the country. It's a great place to work. People are generally very friendly and helpful and do their jobs well.

      Cons

      I really cannot think of any right now. There are many opportunities at MGH. I recommend working there.

      Prestigious career opportunities and a supportive environment with strong teamwork. Excellent work environment and the people there are amazing.

      Low pay relative to Boston living costs.

      Pretty decent health, dental and vision insurance.

      Cons

      Salaries on the lower end. They recently increased tuition reimbursement but it's still low.
