Pros

The students are wonderful. For the most part, they are so professional and respectful. The Ducati on leads to great careers

Cons

Salaries are very low. No merit increases. Understaffed. Human Resources and the union are clueless and do not support employees. Weak leadership. Old boys club literally.

Nothing really. Just more salary is always better.
