You will hate other team member and if you don't your team leads will make you hate.
Trust me they have team leads who will became like headache in your life.
They them self don't know the basic recruiting skills but they will act like that they are king of recruiting and too Much of OVER ACTING. and some of them call them self "Motivational Guru" But IN Reality they are "demotivational Guru"
If you do a small mistake they will make you realise that you have done a crime.
