Dear Field Associate, thank you for taking the time to write your review. Unless you are working with us on a corp to corp basis, we offer benefits to all of our associates. If you are indeed working on a project through a vendor, that vendor should be providing benefits options as well. If you have any additional questions I would suggest reaching out to our Associate Care Partners at: AssociateCarePartner@Mastech.com

Cons
They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
