Pros
flexibility, potential compensation if you can deliver resources. some senior leaders know their stuff and are able to lead. others have been there too long and are not willing or able to change as the business environment requires
Cons
recruiting is horrible. company can't break away from serving integrators only. Internal communication is poor. Field people are the last to hear of major changes in the company. The compensation structure will only attract entry level or junior people, not the rainmakers required to generate massive amounts of business requirements (which is needed to compensate for Recruiting's lack of competence in finding resources for projects)
