Many times we will learn the intricacies of one technology and because of the current needs of our clients, we will be exposed to something completely different.

Cons

They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
