      I didn't see any except the infrastructure.

      Cons

      -High Shop with Vapid food (nut shell) -An organization managed my inexperienced kids -Hire and fire policy -You will be dragged into politics even if you are not willing to get into it -To survive in this company, you should be a "Yes-Man" -Training is a real torture. -Screening system is a real failure

      Pros

      Salary on time, Medical benefits premium reduction after 1 year of service

      Cons

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
