      I have been associated with Mastech for quite some years now and I feel it has given me the best platform to work and also manage my family life efficiently. I feel obliged to work with people who not only motivated me but also helped me in managing my goals.

      Pros

      Salary on time, Medical benefits premium reduction after 1 year of service

      Cons

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
