They care a lot about your safety and you get to meet a lot of cool customers. Also being outside all day is good. not a bad place to work if you have no family or wife

Work to much on a typical day you have to be on site by 8 that means you have to leave your house around 7 depending on the job. You usually will return home around 6 or later. You have no home life with only one day off. Everything is also based off metrics, so your graded on customer servic, call backs, Internet connection, etc

Cons
They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
