Pros
It’s a decent company to work for in the short term, but you’ll want to keep exploring other opportunities. Management—especially at the VP level—often seems disconnected from their teams and unaware of what employees actually do. There’s little understanding of the technology or the challenges employee face, and that can make it hard to grow or feel supported.
Cons
Most of the staff are kind and easy to get along with, but the overall work culture feels stagnant. People often seem more focused on getting through the day than on doing meaningful work. There’s little encouragement to be creative or go above and beyond, and hard work often goes unnoticed. It can be discouraging when effort isn’t valued and there’s no real motivation to improve. Unfortunately, many projects struggle or fail because upper management—especially VPs and managers—don’t seem to know how to effectively manage vendors or support their teams. There’s a disconnect between leadership and the people doing the work, which makes it hard for progress to happen.
