- No work/life balance. I've never worked so much OT - Politics. I saw good people fired for no reason so that others could take their job. - So much turnover. It seemed like there was no point in even meeting new people since they didn't last long. - Dishonesty from senior management. I was told I could take a new position internally (and even turned down another job offer because of it), but then was told the opposite when I started asking questions about why the transition was taking so long.
