Over worked, long hours, poor treatment of staff, awful communication from corporate down the ladder to Senior Managers, contradictory direction and poor handling of internal issues. Promised local jobs and at first this was true but changed to 90 plus percent of foreign contractors jammed in hotels/motels offsite Food safety is overlooked for production numbers.
