It is a growing company which is a positive in this environment.
Cons
No communication, no training, no leadership. Chaotic environment, can be unfriendly. You have no idea who to contact for anything, human resource is nearly non existent if you have questions. Only contact I had was my Recruiter who was as helpful as she could be which was appreciated.
