You won't have a consistent schedule. You will be held to inhuman production standards. You will have to work 80 hours one week and only get twenty hours the next week. You will never get a raise unless the government mandates it. There is no opportunity to move up. They know they contractors they hire are using fake papers but just don't care because no one else is willing to work their insane hours for such little pay.
