Only 12hr shifts standing all day one girl look tired and started to lean on her desk and was told to stand up straight by management. Freezing Cold temps 20-25 degrees, I was doing on the job training for 3 hours and couldnt feel my feet or half of my legs. Managers sat in heated offices while employees freeze their buns off ,they dont even supply heated workwear. Lots of confusion, if you are hired as an Admin its really a manager position minus the pay. Employees were coming up to my trainee asking to go to the restroom.Chaotic best describes. I quit the first day of on the job training.
