Employees are treated horrific. Lots of yelling, profane-laced intimidation of employees, lack of respect for others. This is by FAR the most toxic work environments I have seen. They chew you up and spit you out...QUICKLY. It takes half a second to look at the management team and see how quickly they come and go. It's insane. They either decide that their soul is worth more than a few dollars and just leave or they are walked out/fired after just months on the job. Mastronardi is great at marketing their product, and the product is good but they seriously cannot figure out how to treat people with respect and run a healthy company. It's actually sad because people join the company with great expectations, ready to give their all only to be treated like dirt. People get lured in with the "bonus structure" which never happens the way they say it will. AND I have never seen a company do 401k matching ONCE A YEAR?? So if you don't make it there a year (which many don't) you never get the 401k match. It is just a horrible, toxic, disrespectful place to work. Period. They can't even give 401k match, raises and bonuses in a fair and consistent manner and to be treated like crap on top of all that is just awful. Please, take your talent elsewhere, where you are appreciated and at least respected.
