Pros
Health benefits are good. Pay isn’t too bad. Immediate team environment is great but anything close to leadership is toxic and trickles down.
Cons
Top level leadership is unusually involved in review process and clearly doesn’t value employees making arbitrary decisions and cutting compensation without rationale. General tone of the organization is to push at all costs and when everything works out, employees virtually don’t exist. Leadership says thank you but sounds tongue in cheek and actions speak louder than words. They clearly don’t care about employees as long as they show up to work in person. Work they do? Leadership doesn’t pretend to care. No attempts at all to build a good culture. If you have to work here, best is to either push to get visibility with the CEO (challenging but best bet to keep moving up) and if you can’t (most people) hide behind a good manager and keep your head down until you can move on.
