fresh produce but usually comes rotten and poorly packed to employees

Toxic work environment. Only managers earn money, they exploit people below. When asked for the salary increase, I was told that everyone gets %1.5 salary increase at the same time :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) The departments and the workloads of people are being treated the same and everybody gets increase at the same time. How could anyone believe this? Its not bearable to hear and believe these lies. no room for growth. Promotion comes after 5 years
