Pros
With 12 hour shifts 180$ a day isn’t bad for doing virtually nothing. You grade produce (good or bad), take stickers off, put stickers on, stack boxes, or put things in bags. You could be doing the same thing for 12 hours or you could move around. Depends on the orders and the day. Great people if you’re on the right line. Love my work family to bits. Literally always hiring, opportunity to move up, bonus for perfect attendance every 3 months, 3-4 days off a week
Cons
15$ an hour is 15$ an hour. As much as there’s great people there’s also horrible ones. Upper management is great, some supers are not. Point system sucks. If you call off for any reason they take your time automatically and when you have none left if you receive your final notice and hit the max point number once more your out. It’s doable if you enjoy it there. Repetitive work. If you live far, don’t do it. I live 40 away and wake up at 2:45am and don’t get home until 6pm not worth it unless you’re close by.
