Too many to name but I’ll name off a few - To start, the CEO is very erratic and unpredictable. He makes everyone feel uneasy and has created the reputation of being a fearful place to work at when he’s around. - Very cult like work environment in which they disapprove of expressing one’s individualism such as tattoos, piercings, facial hair, dress attire, etc. - HR department (does not exist) … which allows them to get away with anything really - Not a lot of employee diversity and no flexible work schedule
