Pros
This was my first foray into a job at a larger company. I quickly realized that I’d have to step up my game here, and it’s been the challenge that I both needed and wanted in my career. I like the culture here, everyone is friendly and personable. I feel that most people can have some sort of input and be heard when it comes to work. I know it doesn’t matter for some people, but I am also happy knowing that I’m part of a company that is doing something good for the world, something I didn’t always think at my previous jobs. The work environment is really good. Flexible hours, some teams allow WFH. We are moving to a new office soon, and people are excited for that. There are lots of little perks, happy hours, free snacks and drinks etc....

Some people find it noisy
