      Good work-life balance. Colleagues are great to work with. Free snacks/drinks/breakfast is great.

      Cons

      Product team changes their mind a lot. Poor project planning. Career growth highly depends on team and manager. Unfortunately, not good in team I was on. Won't get salary raise unless you get a promotion. Work could get very intense at times.
