Pros

Interesting and promising technology. Fresh college graduates friendly. A wonderful place to stay if you do not care about fair compensation, which means that if you just want to contribute to the wealth of the share holders.

Cons

A strange, huge mom-and-pop shop with more than 1000 employees. Did I mention low pay? and low pay increases?

Pros

Good entry-level job to get experience

Cons

Management is awful, starting at the top. Micro-management is the culture. They treat employees like they cannot or should not think for themselves. Pay is not great. Benefits are ok. This is a place you work for just after college for a year to get experience then move on.
