Pros
People in this company are professional and it is good start for a sb with a bachelors degree. I found it relatively easy to adapt to their way of work.
Cons
They hire any body regards less of the fact that they might be over qualified for the position. the benefits are not good compared to other companies, salaries are NOT competitive. Working environment is very very dull( might be different in other sectors as they have many but I doubt it) technologies being used are not always up to-date, the company seems generally speaking cheap, in terms of providing equipment ( desks, Chairs) . Management is very friendly with the employees and this masks the problems and they think that because they are friendly employees will tell them what they really think, but this is not true as the employees find the communicating with the management hopeless. *These are personal judgments and might not be true for some employees specially some of the more senior ones.
