Nice working environment, open office concept, able to work from home

Cons

Need to work hard to achieve monthly target KPI, KPI target keep on increasing, Repetitive Task when in Medical Service Department, no work life balance as you need to continue complete work until night. Limited career growth opportunities in the future.

Good entry-level job to get experience

Cons

Management is awful, starting at the top. Micro-management is the culture. They treat employees like they cannot or should not think for themselves. Pay is not great. Benefits are ok. This is a place you work for just after college for a year to get experience then move on.
