Pros

The job is very flexible and we are still only required to come to office once per week and for any special office events.

Cons

It is very difficult to grow your salary. Better to job hop elsewhere. Even getting new positions within this company you aren't guaranteed a pay increase.

Good entry-level job to get experience

Cons

Management is awful, starting at the top. Micro-management is the culture. They treat employees like they cannot or should not think for themselves. Pay is not great. Benefits are ok. This is a place you work for just after college for a year to get experience then move on.
