Good and friendly working environment, clear team management with given opportunity to learn new interesting things. Challenging work at fields that makes you learn always and keeps you around. Satisfying benefits.

Cons

Communication between different units is fine but can be sometimes longer than necessary. Not good yearly raises so far.

Good entry-level job to get experience

Cons

Management is awful, starting at the top. Micro-management is the culture. They treat employees like they cannot or should not think for themselves. Pay is not great. Benefits are ok. This is a place you work for just after college for a year to get experience then move on.
