Pros
Most floor employees are extremely friendly and helpful. There's a great feeling of family that comes from my fellow employees. The credit union is excellent, great customer service and communication. Pay is decent, but could use improvement considering the economy and competitive wages from other employers.
Cons
Forced to work a lot of OT. Expect to work in extreme heat conditions. Bid on a job 6 months ago and have yet to even be talked to about training. Management has no transparency, most things are done behind closed doors. Paychecks have been wrong for months with the promise of getting fixed on the next paycheck (which means higher tax bracket now). Employee referrals aren't paid out when expected. Changed the bonus to save the company money.
